For the State Capitol Roofing project, PWA worked with the State of Missouri, roofing consultants and roofing contractors.
In 2007 the Holts Summit Fire Protection District enlisted PWA to develop an addition and renovate the existing 3,800 SF structure completed in 1990.
Renovations to Columbia Fire Stations No. 1 and No. 2 revolved around accommodating the changing needs and functions of the fire department.
Johnston Fieldhouse, formerly a part of the Kemper Military School, is currently home to the Boonslick Heartland YMCA.
Working closely with City of Rolla staff, PWA and their consultants developed a plan to renovate the existing 21,600 square foot Rolla City hall.
PWA designed and oversaw the construction of the 4,500 SF multipurpose Moberly Housing Authority office building and community center.
The 4,200 square foot Hannibal Housing Authority Office features a brick exterior with offices positioned on the exterior wall of the building.
Fire Station 8 is a 7,700 SF drive-through prototype fire station that was the beginning of something new for the Columbia Fire Department.
