An Owner and Principal of the firm, Erik is responsible for key design, management, and marketing decisions. With over thirty years of experience and leadership in the architectural profession, his proven facility experience will ensure that your project needs are met.
An officer of the firm, Kimberly has coordinated the daily operations of the firm for over twenty-five years. Detail-oriented, and highly organized, she offers leadership and broad knowledge of the complex workings of construction administration and firm management.
Eric lends his artistic skills and experience in computer-aided design and project management to many of PWA’s projects. He is well-versed in the overall use of computer technology for web site design and graphic presentations and is skilled in both digital modeling and hand-rendering.
As a Project Architect for the firm, Shannen coordinates drawings and detailing for a wide range of projects. His knowledge of construction methods has been key to the success of many of the firm’s healthcare renovation and emergency services projects.
Heidi received her Master of Architecture from Kansas State University in 2011, after which she accepted an architectural internship with the firm. Since joining the firm she has taken on field measuring, drafting, computer modeling and presentation development duties. These skills and previous architectural design studies have enhanced her ability to provide support services to clients and design team members.
After completing his Master of Architecture from Kansas State University in 2011, Dylan accepted an architectural internship with the firm. His responsibilities include field measuring, code analysis, budget preparation, drafting, computer modeling, and presentation development duties. He works well with other design team members and clients, providing critical project support when needed.
A graduate of the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Environmental Design, Lee has over fifteen years experience in the field of architecture, planning, development, and the management of construction documents. He is particularly skilled in architectural drafting and working one on one with clients.
Dawn has served as the firm’s marketing coordinator for eighteen years. As such she uses her photography, graphic design, and database design skills to focus and develop the marketing efforts of the firm. Additionally, she is responsible for the development and maintenance of the firm’s website.
Derek joined the firm in 2023 to assist with the wide range of drafting needs of the office.
Amber recently joined the firm to take on the challenge of meeting the wide variety of administrative needs of the office.
