PWA celebrates 40 years this month with an event that will benefit three youth-based organizations in our community.  Please join us as we celebrate the past, look to the future, and honor our featured guests: Great Circle, Columbia Public Schools Foundation, and Cradle to Career Alliance.

“For many years PWA has had a symbiotic relationship with many organizations and institutions who serve the youth in our community,” says Erik Miller, Vice President of PWArchitects, Inc.  “Our partnership with them has strengthened these connections and fueled our commitment to supporting the work they do within our community.”

“It is wonderful to know that there are multiple organizations in this community working with different aspects of children’s lives and families’ needs, and we have the same goals of improving situations for our most vulnerable,” said Susan Reeves Regional Director of Advancement for Great Circle. “Thank you, PWA, for recognizing those needs and working to help children.”

Teresa Maledy, Board Member of Cradle to Career Alliance and a new member of the Columbia Public Schools Board, believes that providing a sound environment for education shows a commitment to a community’s future success. “PWA follows processes to create effective and efficient spaces. They work with professional expertise, and their dedication to helping this community comes back for our betterment. We are thrilled that they chose Cradle to Career Alliance as one of their anniversary honorees.”

“We know that ‘Putting Students First’ makes our community prepared for the future,” said Cindy Mustard, Vice President of the Board for Columbia Public Schools Foundation. “PWArchitects is celebrating the past with a generous look to the future.”

The event will be Thursday, August 23rd, 2018, from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Country Club of Missouri (1300 Woodrail Ave. Columbia, Missouri 65203).

The event will include a late afternoon of entertainment, cocktails, and hor’s d oeuvres, a Columbia Chamber of Commerce Ribbon Cutting at 4:15 p.m., and a Special Announcement by PWA President Chris Davis at 5 p.m.

Please reserve your spot by August 13, 2018. Questions can be directed to Marketing Coordinator Dawn L. Andres (dandres@PWArchitects.com), by phone at 573.449.2683, on our website or on Facebook (www.facebook.com/PWArchitects).
