Grant Elementary School Addition – Columbia
Grant Elementary School Addition and Renovation is a two-story addition on the South end of the existing classroom wing, including 3 general classrooms.
The Center for Early Childhood Learning – Columbia
The Center for Early Childhood Learning is a 54,000-SF multistory new building in northern Columbia on the property of Lange Middle School.
Emergency Communications Center – Boone County
The Boone County Emergency Communications Center facility combines the city and county EOCs into one facility that will serve the community for decades.
Vehicle Maintenance Facility for Parks & Recreation
PWA worked with the City of Columbia to design a new Fleet Operations Maintenance Facility to accommodate six to eight vehicles and be fully CNG compliant.
Allied Health Center – Central Methodist University
The Thogmorton Center for Allied Health is state-of-the-art, energy-efficient facility equipped with technology for teaching and research.
College and Walnut Apartments
The Brookside Downtown College and Walnut Apartments are a 146,124-SF, four-story development with 3,500 SF of ground level commercial space.
