Fire Protection District Station No. 16 – BCFPD
PWA reimagined Boone County Fire District’s stations, culminating in the efficient Station #16. This modern facility features drive-through bays and open living with essential district-wide tornado safety.
John Warner Middle School – Columbia
The new John Warner Middle School accommodates 700 students (anticipated in the next 20 years) to address continued community growth and educational needs.
Lafferre Hall – 1935/44 Renovation & Repair at MU
The Lafferre Hall project renovated 40,000 GSF to provide space for experiential teaching/learning labs, and other spaces for engineering disciplines.
Battle Elementary School – Columbia Public Schools
Battle Elementary school included programming, work sessions, spatial relationship diagrams, schematic design drawings and construction administration.
Fire Stations – Boone County, MO
These fire stations represent the build out of the modular station concept that was developed by PWA for the Boone County Fire Protection District.
Conservation Nature Center
The Conservation Nature Center, located in Cape Girardeau County Park North is the sixth such facility in the State of Missouri.
Butterfield Youth Services Campus
To better serve seriously emotionally disabled children (SED), Butterfield Youth Services expanded its facilities with a Child and Family Therapy Center.
Fr. Tolton Catholic High School – Columbia
The $16 million Fr. Tolton High School is a phased project featuring a chapel, gym, and future third-floor expansion, eventually accommodating 440 students with modern academic and athletic facilities.
Christian Life Center – Broadway Christian Church
For the Christian Life Center, PWA provided the building committee with the tools to make their vision a reality through the master planning process.
Remington Nature Center
PWA teamed with the City of St. Joseph, the Missouri Department of Conservation and engineering and landscape design consultants on the Remington Nature Center.
