Beyond the Blueprints
At PWA, fun activities build a collaborative spirit that doesn’t stop at the drawing board. We believe the best ideas often happen away from the desk—whether we’re hosting a picnic on our back deck, hitting the links, or competing in community events like Canstruction. Our team brings the same “all-in” energy to our downtime as we do to our designs, fostering a culture where we truly enjoy our time together, at work and at play.
