Completed in 2024, this project for Missouri Valley College is a 17,000-SF, two-story building housing classrooms, offices, a simulation lab, a clinical skills lab, collaboration spaces, and other support areas. Through a half dozen sketches and schemes, the layout below was developed to serve their needs and meet their budget.
