This parking garage in downtown Columbia, Missouri, was a team effort between PWA, Walker Parking Consultants/Engineers, Inc., and the City of Columbia, Missouri. The 3-dimensional modeling of the design was a tentative proposal that included red brick on the garage’s lower half and concrete above, with about 13,000 SF of first-floor rental space.

The 9-level facility has about 701 spaces and provides about 48 secure parking spaces for Columbia police vehicles. It is located on Walnut between Fifth and Sixth Streets, cost approximately $14 million, and was completed in early 2011.
