Replace Roof & Renovate Basement and Access Support Services Building, Missouri Interoperability Center

The demolition and removal of existing finishes, fixtures, and other elements of the Existing Office Building to prepare for roofing of the entire building, construction of a new entry addition, and the addition of a new toilet room in the basement of the existing building. This includes New Roofing, Finishes, Toilet fixtures, Lavatory fixtures, and Showers. New ductwork and Electrical power and lighting for the spaces will be replaced as indicated.
