Designed to be a recruiting tool and showcase for the college, this $6 million, 44,841 sq. ft. facility includes on its 29,925 sq. ft. first floor a fitness center, student lounge, and café, Student Life Department Administrative Offices, a Student Health Clinic, and a multipurpose gymnasium. The second floor (8,051 sq. ft.) consists of a 300-seat banquet hall, warming kitchen, and storage areas.
