Dylan Powell of PWArchitects, Inc. (PWA) recently passed his final Architect Registration Exam and is now a licensed Architect in the State of Missouri. Since joining PWA in 2011, he has served as a Project Architect and taken on many project design responsibilities including field measuring, code analysis, budget preparation, drafting, computer modeling, construction administration, and presentation development duties.
While at Kansas State University, Powell participated in architectural competitions, exhibitions, and studies abroad in Leipzig, Berlin, and Dessau, Germany. He earned his Master of Architecture in 2011 and since has gained experience on projects including: the renovation of Douglass High School in Columbia, Missouri, the Welcome Home – Bridging Community to Veterans facility in Columbia, Missouri, renovations to MU North for the University of Missouri, and the renovation and banquet hall addition to the Country Club of Missouri. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Architects, Mid-Missouri Chapter.
